Sabena has practiced massage, sports, and complementary therapies with sports teams health spas, and therapy clinics since 1999. She spent a number of years in New York and Boston (USA) heavily involved with backroom GAA teams as well as club and county teams in her native county Offaly. Sabena also specialises in fertility, maternity, postnatal, oncology & palliative care reflexology treatments.
Sabena is a former Steiner Therapist working aboard luxury cruise liners as well as working in prestigious Irish health spas. Registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland Sabena has taught in the Further Education E.T.B. Sector permanently since 2005. Sabena studied at Dublin City University and the University of Wolverhampton UK.
